Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION
Products are shipped from Turkey.
International shipping is only available to limited number of countries.

SHIPPING FEE AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Shipping fee and estimated delivery time vary based on the delivery address provided by the customers. Shipping fee will be provided at the checkout. For international shipping, products will be delivered in 4-7 days. In case of an unexpected delay, customers will be notified via e-mail.

IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOM TAXES
Any applicable duties, taxes, and charges associated with the purchase will be provided to the customers at the checkout. These charges will be collected on the behalf of our customers and settled with the courier company.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping tracking number will be provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail after the order has been shipped.
If the customer orders multiple items, items may be delivered separately. Tracking number for the orders will be provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
