Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled before the shipment. Any requests for cancellation after the shipment will fall under return or exchange conditions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be made within the 14 days after receiving the product. A return process is initiated once a customer submits a request. Upon approval, the customer will receive a return label. The customer is then required to ship the order back within 14 days of receiving this label. If the customer fails to ship the order within this window, the products will no longer be eligible for return

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The products to be returned or exchanged are accepted if they are unwashed, unworn, clean, undamaged. Returns and exchanges must be delivered complete together with the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPMENT
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges and additional fees. White in Black does not hold any responsibility for missing, damaged, or lost packages for return or exchange shipping.

PROCESSING OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
After return and exchange packages are received, returns and exchanges will be inspected for compliance with return and exchange conditions. If the products are complaint, refunds and exchanges will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.
