These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the services provided by White in Black ("Brand"), owned by MRD Global Tekstil Ticaret A.Ş., including the use of the website www.whiteinblack.co ("Service"), by all persons who use White in Black's products/services ("Member") electronically. By accessing or using the Services, the Member agrees to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the Member and the Brand. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Use of Services
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Company is not affiliated with or responsible for these opinions, comments, images, or messages, and will not be liable for any losses incurred by third parties due to Member's opinions or damages caused by opinions, messages, comments, or images shared by third parties.
Account Registration
In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account with the Brand. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account information current. The Member shall immediately compensate the Brand for any damages it may incur due to inaccurate information and/or failure to update membership information. The Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. The Members cannot give their password information to a third party or transfer their membership to another person. The Members agree to notify the Brand immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
The Brand may share the Member's information with relevant official authorities to a limited extent, in order to fulfill the requirements of regulatory or enforcement proceedings by authorities or judicial bodies. If the relevant official authority does not have a confidentiality decision, the Member will be informed of the transaction. The Brand may also make evaluations and statistical studies by anonymizing the introductory and/or personal information provided by the Members and publish them in a general manner on the Website.
Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, materials, and features available on or through the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, software, and code (collectively, "Content"), are owned by the Brand or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Members may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without the prior written consent of the Brand or the respective rights holders.
Product Information and Pricing
The Brand strives to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing on the Services. However, the Brand does not warrant that the product descriptions, images, prices, or other content on the Services are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. The Brand reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update product information or pricing at any time without notice.
Orders and Payment
If the Member places an order for products through the Services, the Member agrees to provide accurate and complete information for the order, including the Member’s shipping address and payment details. Shipping and Delivery
The Brand will make reasonable efforts to ship products to the Members in a timely manner but does not guarantee any specific delivery dates or times, only estimated times are provided. Risk of loss and title for products purchased through the Services pass to the Member upon delivery to the carrier. The Member is responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and notifying the Brand of any damaged or missing items.
Returns and Exchanges
The Brand's returns and exchanges policy is available on the Services and may be subject to change at the Brand's discretion. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
