GENERAL INFORMATION

Products are shipped from Turkey.
International shipping is only available to limited number of countries.

SHIPPING FEE AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Shipping fee and estimated delivery time vary based on the delivery address provided by the customers. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at the checkout. In case of an unexpected delay, customers will be notified via e-mail.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you package is ready to be shipped, a tracking number will be shared with the customer. Please frequently check the status of your shipment via the given tracking number. If a delivery attempt fails, let us know immediately. We are not responsible for shipments that are sent back

IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOM TAXES

Our customers are not responsible for any fees if any applicable duties, taxes, and charges associated with the purchase are collected at the checkout. Otherwise, these extra fees have to be paid by our customers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping tracking number will be provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail after the order has been shipped.
If the customer orders multiple items, items may be delivered separately. Tracking number for the orders will be provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
